Kauni Effektgarn and Solids (sport/DK)

Kauni is created in Dalby, Denmark.  Kauni Effektgarn’s stunning gradients are the longest in the industry. The colors never cease to delight as they slowly transition throughout the skein.  Kauni brings joy, warmth, color and comfort to your daily life.

This 100% wool yarn blooms beautifully when blocked.  This is a sturdy yarn, perfect for hard-wearing garments, yet it is soft.

Each ball is approximately 600 yard. We think this yarn can be used for any pattern calling for a heavy fingering to a DK weight. 

We knit the Pressed Flowers Shawl with one skein each of EKC (green/black) and EGJ (pink/lavender).  It was a great choice of yarn for this pattern!
