Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start time of the clinic, you will get a full refund.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the clinic, or if you are a no-show, the fees are non-refundable.
• If we have to cancel due to weather or other emergency, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible and will either issue a full refund or reschedule.
