Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel at least 72 hours before the start time of the clinic, you will get a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 72 hours before the start time of the clinic, or if you are a no-show, the fees are non-refundable.
- If we have to cancel due to weather or other emergency, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible and will either issue a full refund or reschedule.
