Please note that skein sizes change with every batch of handspun we receive. Photographs below are intended to show color and not necessarily skein or cake size.
Sandra, of Daylilly B True Angoras in Windsor, just loves her rabbits, and loves hand- spinning their fiber too! She has a variety of breeds and collects their fiber by either shearing or brushing.
When angora is knitted, crocheted, or woven, it creates and incredibly warm fabric as well as a beautiful halo. Because of the loft of this fiber, it can be worked at a range of needle or hook sizes, as well worked alternately with another yarn. In general, we would gauge this yarn as a dk/light worsted unless otherwise noted.
