We are delighted to bring in this incredible yarn from our friends at Junction Fiber Mill in Vermont. Making Tracks LITE has the same quality construction as Making Tracks LITE weight, but in a heavier weight.

Making Tracks is a variegated blend of fine Merino, Targhee, and Corriedale wool from flocks in the western US. At Junction Fiber Mill in White River Junction, VT it is hand-dyed and spun. 100% American-grown and produced, this non-superwashed yarn pairs beautifully with solid colors for stunning colorwork or can be used on its own for gradual color shifts.

Please note that this yarn is dyed in small batches by Junction Fiber Mill, making each skein unique. Slight color variations between skeins are a natural part of the dyeing process. Product photos may show multiple skeins to illustrate these variations, however each purchase includes one skein.

Some colorways contain dyes that are naturally more difficult to fully set and may release a small amount of excess dye, even after the mill's final wash. When knitting with high-contrast colors, we recommend steam blocking to help prevent color transfer. For finished projects, hand wash in cold water using a no-rinse wool wash such as Eucalan.
