Juniper Moon Farm

Juniper Moon Farm started in 2007 as one of the first yarn CSAs, and has grown into a yarn line sourcing fibers from around the world. Our selection includes their cotton-nylon Cumulus base in several colorways, along with hand-painted and novelty yarns spanning fingering to bulky.

Cumulus from Juniper Moon Farm is a soft cotton-nylon blend (94% cotton, 6% nylon) prized for its lightweight drape and breathability — a good option for garments and accessories worn close to the skin, including baby knits, and for anyone avoiding animal fibers. It comes in solid, self-striping, and dappled colorways here, all sharing the same soft, airy base.

Beyond Cumulus, this collection includes Marilyn, a fingering weight cotton with a little bit of bling, Summer Solstice Paints, a hand-painted sport weight yarn, and Fairy Floss, a plush bulky-to-super-bulky base for quick, textural projects.
