We have had Mulberry Marsh's handspun yarn in the past, and we are now fortunate to have the first batch of their Finnsheep fleece spun at a small New England mill.
This yarn is is soft with a light luster and it's evenly plied. It's simply lovely.
All skeins are 200 yards but different weights because naturally raised wool can vary depending on the individual sheep and color of the fleece. The approximate weights of the current stock are as follows:
- light grey - 2.4 oz.
- medium grey - 3.4 oz
- brown/black - 2.2 oz
