Grinta is a new yarn distributed by Plymouth Yarns.
It is a soft, machine washable bulky weight yarn. We knit it on a US 10 (6mm) and got 3.5 stitches to the inch. On a US 9 needle (5.5mm), we got 4 stitches to the inch. Both gauges we make a lovely sweater or accessory.
This yarn is made in Italy of 75% acrylic, 15% wool, 10% alpaca. Each 50 gram ball is 98 yards.
